談車禍和解,警方判定的肇事比例結果保險員只有口頭告知而已,文件我都沒看到,之後被別人提醒了才發現不對。這是我自己的疏忽,太相信人了,這就算了。 現場簽了和解,對方損失的我現金賠了,我損失的部分再由保險公司匯到指定帳號,保險員把我的單據都拿走了,但是傳訊息等了一個多禮拜都不讀,我主動再聯繫後也沒回應,至今已經快一個月了,是想當沒這回事“不出險”? ❗這麼大的公司,不知道用這種方式“處理”了多少次案件? 雖然錢沒多少,但感覺非常差勁! 嚴正奉勸來這裡談事情的任何人,文件要親眼看過,不要只聽保險員的口頭說明,單據也不要給正本,因為這裡很不可靠!
