★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unassuming local store but their tofu pudding is silky soft, and it isn’t too sweet at all. It just gets more addictive with each bite. You can choose to add barley or red beans with your pudding, but we love the one with tapioca pearls.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super delicious and refreshingly creamy milk shaved ice, and paired with fragrant ice jelly is just perfect on a sweltering day ? too bad they were sold out of Tapioca balls... weird cuz they only just opened two hours ago! But definitely recommend to try in Hualien :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Touhua is so smooth it melts in your mouth, grass jelly has no added sugar, all natural sweetness. Sweet barley soup with milk was very refreshing. High quality local dessert at local price. Many varieties too. Highly recommend ?
