★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too bad we found this the day before we leave. Will miss this place. They don't sell much. Just two types of noodles. Oyster noodles or big intestine (pork) noodles. You can either combine both or order it separately. Their intestine tasted really good! If you don't eat intestine, you have to try this. I don't eat intestine but this, it doesn't have that intestine smell and tasted just like eating pork. So good. All the stew flavours from the broth actually been sucked into the intestine. Marvelous! Pls do try this if you're in hualian. And order a big portion coz it is never enough ?
Btw, they are generous with their intestine and oyster ?? add a bit of chili and black vinegar to boost the taste as well ?
