湯頭濃厚 牛肉跟筋都軟嫩 份量也夠
可惜現在沒有酸菜了
 Visited the top three favorite beef noodles in Hualien
The soup is thick, the beef and tendons are soft and tender, and the portion is enough
Too bad there is no sauerkraut anymore

不過缺點是都用免洗筷和免洗湯匙
不環保也對身體不好
垃圾要自己丟有點麻煩
價錢不便宜
但是確實蠻好吃的
Beef, tendon, noodles, soup are all good
However, the disadvantage is that they use disposable chopsticks and disposable spoons.
Not environmentally friendly and bad for the body
It's a bit of a hassle to throw away the rubbish yourself
Not cheap
But it's really delicious
