鮭魚油花分布跟切的厚薄度都恰到好處。
過年也沒休息，連買了好多天～
還可跟老闆買切剩的魚骨、肉回來煮湯，好吃?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5/1連假台東小旅行回台北經過這，突然很想吃「鮭魚生魚片」，就先電話聯絡並告知可否帶回台北食用？老闆娘就幫忙放了滿滿的冰塊，讓我回家後依舊嘗鮮，滿足了口腹之慾也感受到店家的用心。
PS:因烏俄戰爭造成「鮭魚」成本大漲，很多店家都停售，還能在這買到吃到真開心：）
On 5/1, I went back to Taipei from a small trip to Taitung. I suddenly wanted to eat "salmon sashimi", so I called first and told me if I could bring it back to Taipei to eat? The proprietress helped me put ice cubes full of ice cubes, so that I could still try it after returning home, satisfying my appetite and feeling the owner's intentions.
PS: Due to the Ukrainian-Russian war, the cost of "salmon" has soared, and many stores have stopped selling it. I'm really happy to be able to buy it here :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 好實在的一家生魚片店！切了200元鮭魚，份量給的很足，而且口感相當新鮮好吃，這天的鮭魚還帶點筋性，咬起來是紮實的口感，這點我個人是喜歡的，喜歡吃生魚片的朋友，來這買就對了！讚～
另外他們家的醬油吃起來帶著甜味，跟下方的蘿蔔絲很搭，融合芥末也是把整體的味道向上提升，這醬油我個人認為是好吃的關鍵之一！喜歡～
這天是男老闆在，人一整個很客氣有禮，短短接觸2～3分鐘，就出現好幾次禮貌語言，真的讓人覺得很實在很有溫度，而且這邊消費有收5倍卷喔！大推一下，下次還會再來！太棒了～

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 隱於巷弄中的小店，實為前舖後居。有時店面沒有人，可以探望一下家門口，搞不好就會有人出來問你是否要用餐。我們點了350塊鮭魚+150塊鮪魚，份量十足，口感彈牙，但當正餐來說不是那麼足夠，甜度有但沒有想像中的鮮甜，還是得沾醬油才好吃。
