★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 有中藥味的臭豆腐，算少見的層次豐富臭豆腐，外酥內嫩，不過要加一點他們的辣醬醬汁才夠味（會辣喔，需自行斟酌）
印象中我好像沒有吃過哪一家臭豆腐是有入其他味的（這樣子是算醃漬過嗎？）吃了這麼久只有在這邊吃到，所以就以這一點說他是全台第一也不為過，他的臭豆腐的外層口感，也是有兩種層次的或是單純的菜而已，是酥且脆，不過醬汁的表現就比較一般，即使如此也已經可以進入天花板群了，雖然不是我認為的第一名但以相當了得。會讓人ㄧ去再去。一開始聽到榕樹下我還以為是綿綿冰～～

It is crisp and crisp, but the performance of the sauce is relatively average, even so, it can already enter the ceiling group. Although not the first place in my opinion, it is quite impressive. It will make people go and go again. At first I heard under the banyan tree, I thought it was ice cream~~

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Already came here few years ago, it's a very popular place in Hualien for Stinky tofu! Luckily arrived before rush hour we jumped on it. Unique price for all the dishes 60 NT each and tea is 20 NT. Tofu is SOFT inside, this is different from other tofu places, you like or you don't like
