★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very delicious noodle soup. The fine rice noodle comes with fresh squid, seaweed, chicken meat balls, boiled sweet potato, dried shrimp, fried shallots and spring onion. The broth is clear and light. Served steaming hot. Each bowl costs TWD90 only. This is the only dish sold in this small restaurant which is located opposite the Lakeshore Hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I saw some friends posting this on their Instagram story before, and I finally got the chance to give it a try. And it turned out that I love it.
The taste is good, and I have to especially recommend the soup which was cooked with chicken bones, so it tasted sweet and full of nutrient. Must-try!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good broth! Broth and Noodles can be refilled! A hearty warm meal for any cold day. They make their own chili sauces too and they are really flavorful, put a couple of chilis into your broth and it’ll perk you up! Would come back again!
