★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their food is not authentic at all. It's so non-Korean especially their banchan (side dishes) and seafood pancake. I don't understand why there are so many peole here. One of their waitresses asked if I'm done with my food when she saw I was still working on it. She wasn't very nice when I said no, and didn't explain why she asked and left. (Definitely not because they wanted to clear the rest of the table.) It seemed like they ran out of pots for budae jjigae. Lol.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a Korean food restaurant, there is nothing special here really. The food here is much more catering and customised to Taiwanese tastes. You can't call it Korean food just because there is Kimchi in it, or because the food is served in a stone pot or on a metal plate. The service can be better, and the price can be more reasonable. This restaurant survives well probably because there aren't many alternatives for Korean food in Hualien.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kimchi jigae without kimchi flavour. Pajeon 파전 with super little vegs inside. What I ate only fried dough. The most disappointing Korean food I have ever eaten.
