★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 推薦杏鮑菇。杏鮑菇薄薄酥皮，杏鮑菇多汁Q彈，很涮嘴。朋友大推的脆皮厚切雞排非常乾爽酥脆，肉質軟硬適中，但醃料偏甜且厚切部分是集中在一側，另一側比較沒肉唷（參考圖如下）。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best big chicken in Taiwan, nay, the world! Better than HOT-STAR. The chicken is basted before being battered, adding extra flavour. We ate here first a couple years ago and again recently, and the quality was consistent.
