★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 整體湯底相當不錯，環境相當棒，每桌之間不會拍得太密集，餐點是採點單式，所以價位我認為算是中上；服務人員滿貼心都會定時過來確認是否要加湯加底料??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 這次用餐體驗超級不愉快（不推薦）
1.價格以單點的形式計算、水準和服務沒到那邊
-麻辣湯底偏鹹（鴨血非常的腥）
-養生湯底（味道說不上的怪味）
-酸梅汁一百多（用糖漿泡出來，味道跟感冒藥非常相似）
2.服務態度偏差
-湯底都已經燒幹了也都還沒有人加
-服務人員把蛋餃打翻，有提到說要幫我們換一盤新的（結果推進去，然後把原本的那盤推出來而且還少了一顆說我再幫你補一顆）
-冰淇淋等到我們要結帳的時候才說沒幫我們送上
「而且還收10%的服務費」
總結：個人認為超難吃而且很貴

一鍋一個人才99 要鴛鴦全桌加99 超划算！
其餘的食材大部分採單點制 價格屬於合理範圍內
氣氛 服務態度 食材 都很不錯！
我跟我的朋友們去吃 五個人均分一個人才250元
算一算在其他小火鍋店 像是麗嬤
隨便一鍋就大約200元跑不掉
補一點點價格就能吃到更好的服務更好的食材
還能吃到自己真正想吃的料
但有一點點小扣分是麻辣鍋的部分
我覺得真的有辣 但是有點太嗆 很容易卡到喉嚨
（應該有人懂我在說什麼吧）
/不是在說麗嬤不好 麗嬤適合一個人方便吃 也是不錯吃 但如果算多人一點 加上各種考量 文鼎比較划算一些/各有利弊嘍

湯頭在花蓮算是不錯了
食材新鮮
肉的品質都還不錯
鍋底可以一直加 最後還會問要不要打包
對我來說的缺點大概就是餐前送的涼粉真的太辣了
無法理解的是海鮮的選擇竟然沒有蛤蜊QQ

豆腐只有兩塊！
不知當時服務員點餐時煞有其事的寫備註是寫什麼意思⋯畫圈圈嗎?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Other than the decor, there was not much to like here. Pot can be split between spicy and sour, but their fee structure discourages this (99 per person for one broth, and another 99 for a second, making it a better deal if you just came back next time to try the second). But why bother coming back? Sour soup base lacks flavor and markedly worse than Costco's. Unlike 鼎王 (Tripod King in Taipei), which they seemed to be copying, their pork pieces that came with the sour broth were tiny bits, texturally tough, and void of any pork flavor. Their free cold noodle was dressed in a sauce so untasty that I decided to throw the whole thing into the hotpot to wash out the sauce and it still was inedible. Their free sauce section was so limited, with no cilantro even. Their mushroom platter (149) was deceptively stuffed with vegetables on the bottom and not full of mushrooms. The cuttlefish paste (199) didn't taste fresh and badly needed to be dipped in soy sauce for flavor, plus no offer from any servers to help portion it into the pot. Their ice cream is the cheapest supermarket foam brand. Totally not worth the price.
Worst of all, their servers were not very friendly or helpful. They left us unattended to go have a chatty dinner on their own starting at around 8pm and then a female server later chastised us for not turning off the fire fully before leaving the table to go pay. I explained that we tried to turn off the fire but we were unfamiliar with the dials. If that's my job, what's the service fee for?
