昨天因為突然想吃刀削麵，查了一下最後來到這裡，店內空間蠻大且明亮的，有賣各式飯麵類餐點，我點的是招牌牛肉刀削麵＄100。
價位在花蓮算普通，對我來說還是有點貴，端上來的時候發現他們是用跟義大利麵的盤子一樣有深度的碗來裝，上面放了綠色蔬菜來點綴，看起來才不會這麼單調，他的麵味道還可以，不過少了刀削麵的Q度與嚼勁，吃起來有點軟爛，牛肉給的沒有很多味道普通。
整體評價約3.3顆星（滿分5顆星）
Knife-cut noodle restaurant on Zhongxing Road in Meilun District
Yesterday, because I suddenly wanted to eat slicing noodles, I checked it and finally came here. The space in the shop is quite large and bright. It sells all kinds of rice and noodles. I ordered the signature beef slicing noodles for $100.
The price is normal in Hualien, but it’s still a bit expensive for me. When I brought it up, I found that they were served in a deep bowl like a plate of spaghetti, and decorated with green vegetables. It didn’t look like that. Monotonous, his noodles taste okay, but without the Q degree and chewiness of the slicing noodles, it tastes a bit soft and rotten, and the beef does not have a lot of ordinary taste.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 喜歡刀削麵的口感，在花蓮最開心的是有非常多刀削麵店，家今天來到了美倫第一刀削麵，11:30店家剛營業，因為有平台外送已開始忙碌了起來，闆娘沒有疏於招呼我們，態度非常的親切，出菜也還算快，木須炒麵的蛋絲是整片增添了面的香氣，美中不足的是蔥爆牛肉的蔥白不知道去哪了，全盤都是蔥綠沒有香氣，然後酸辣湯的味道有，但是淡了一點，沒有鴨血味道也顯得略有不足，整體來說是不錯的，會回訪的店。
