熱炒小酌很推薦的店,菇菇雞湯可以喝到雞肉的甜味,滷味切盤必點,豬蹄筋搭配黃瓜,好吃清爽不油膩。老闆的素描功力很棒。

口味都非常好吃的店家,有自己的創意,擺盤也不錯,分量也十足,蒜蓉蝦美味又漂亮,可惜沒照到相,照片滷味拼盤也吃得出獨特的香味,亂七八糟蛋也好吃,苦瓜封也超讚,真的值得再回顧的店

在我們要去錐麓古道的前一晚,我們到了花蓮。朋友衝著他們超級出名的綜合滷味,就訂了這家。 一群飢腸轆轆的人就飛奔來報到。進到餐廳,環境看起來很乾淨舒適,沒有一般熱炒店的吵雜。好感就加了一分。 朋友期待的滷味拼盤第一個上場。每樣食材都滷透透,非常好吃。不愧為招牌。這滷拚老闆會依人數多寡來預備,或是自己要切多少先跟老闆說一聲,每次拼盤沒有固定的菜色,所以每次來都可能吃到不一樣的東西。 這一道成為必點是有原因的啊~ 稍微吃辣的人可以沾醬汁,這個醬汁會讓滷味的口感更加豐富。 蒜酥鴨頭:這一道菜真的非常超級當下酒的啦!我超想說:老闆,再來一份。被攔阻了因為已經點了很多。 蒜泥蚵:蒜泥蚵的蚵仔很肥美,很下飯的菜。蚵仔吃起來就是新鮮,調味也剛剛好。鮮甜到不行。 椒香鮮魚:老闆建議的菜。上面鋪了滿滿的辣椒,看了就賞心悅目。辣椒的香氣也無法搶掉魚的鮮度。又有辣椒在嘴裡不斷的刺激。一大口啤酒刷下去解辣以後,繼續再戰。 酥炸肥腸 :這是不管到哪裡都會點的一道。外皮酥脆香,裡面Q彈,加一點胡椒鹽。哇~~~~~ 最佳拍檔 魚卵透抽:老闆的推薦。真的是推薦的好。只是簡單的川燙,就可以吃到食材最原本新鮮的味道,搭配魚卵一起吃, 透抽的鮮甜軟Q+魚卵嗶嗶啵啵在嘴巴裡,口感更是推向另外一個層次。太好吃了啦! 還有最一般都會在熱炒店點的客家小炒,鮮豬肉,酥炸豆腐,老實話,沒有一道是我們不滿意的。 來花蓮的,要來這裡吃吃看。

好友三人於6/12由台北至花蓮旅遊,下榻入住藍天麗池飯店,傍晚外出吃晚餐,因緣際會來到古滷古滷深夜食堂三人不由自主進入用餐,老闆徐先生立即前來介紹菜色,三人最後決定交給老闆處理。上菜非常快,首先是滷味拼盤(美味也入味)再加上老闆特調麻辣油醬真是絕配,不得不叫啤酒來喝。接著客家小炒、蒜拌蚵仔(大顆飽滿),雖是家常菜卻做出食材特有的味道,且菜量非常足。最後一道清蒸辣椒吳郭魚,千萬別小瞧這道魚,老闆以洋蔥、辣椒還有其它食材都切丁調味加入魚上去蒸,魚肉非常鮮嫩入味,連友人不愛吃魚,那晚卻連魚頭都吸食吃完(只差沒將蒸魚汁都給喝了?)酒足飯飽最後結帳2瓶啤酒、1瓶飲料、4道菜總計1600元。或許會感到中上價位,但與其老闆的手藝、菜餚的美味相對照,是值得的。下次再去花蓮時還會再去造訪用餐。

正在爽!!來花蓮不來吃個新鮮海味的宵夜,豈非可惜?!老闆推薦蒜泥鮮蚵,剛上來就快底朝天啦!魚卵透抽有Q彈的魚卵跟新鮮彈牙的透抽一起在嘴裡乒乒砰砰,爽啦!

帶爸媽來花蓮玩,沒有在地人帶,找餐廳都只能靠google評論+運氣,真的很高興自己選對了? 老闆很親切幽默,逗得爸媽很開心? 老闆推薦的料理也非常美味!剁椒魚跟魚卵透抽真的好好吃! 亂七八糟蛋也意想不到的美味!甚至只是最普通的炒青菜,我也很喜歡!味道剛剛好,又能吃到青菜原味? 當天還有其他訂桌客人,看得出來是當地人也喜歡的餐廳! 推薦給遊客們~出來玩就是要吃到好吃的才開心!不知道怎麼點的話儘管問老闆就對了?
