前菜蝦子非常新鮮彈牙,松露湯香濃好喝,肋眼熟度非常剛好,配上鹽和烤蒜頭絕配,牛排的馬鈴薯泥換成蔬菜類的會更好些(因為前菜就有馬鈴薯泥了)當日推薦的紅酒和牛排很搭,用餐環境也很舒適,非常推薦的一間店

這次趁家人生日的機會來到了垂涎已久的職牛,我點了一客一長串不明覺厲的和牛丁骨牛排(照片),當老闆知道我們一群人是來為媽媽慶生的時候還招待我們幾樣特別風味的熟成拼盤以表祝福。 餐廳客人很多,老闆特別抽空給我們介紹如何品鑒牛排與紅酒。老闆介紹的知識重點根本是外面一堂上萬的牛排紅酒課程。 等到上菜了。豐富的菜品驚艷到了我們趕緊拿起手機拍了一頓,一口咬下那牛肉品質跟疫情之前去香港吃Gordon 星級餐廳的品質根本不相上下!再試著用老闆教的品鑒重點去細細品嚐每一口帶來的醇香風味~ 情不自禁表露出大叔態:啊~肉怎麼可以這麼好吃~ 在疫情期間出不了國,停下腳步回頭才發現,原來在家鄉也有專業美味的餐廳。 謝謝職牛的徐老闆,這次的聚會大家都很開心。 媲美Gordon星級餐廳的料理,親切的服務跟他真誠的祝福。特別登入送上一篇五星評論!

在電視上看到花蓮的乾式熟成牛排介紹,想說一月有安排花蓮旅遊就訂位了。 今天使用壽星優惠雙人套餐有85折的優惠,點了澳洲M7乾式熟成牛排,同時有沙朗跟紐約客兩種部位,吃起來很過癮,22盎司上桌秒速清空餐盤,3-5分熟,有特殊的香味,店員說是龍眼木炭烤的作法,第一次吃到炭烤風味的乾式熟成牛排,肉質一極棒,鮮嫩柔軟,填寫評論打卡送兩杯生啤酒?。 套餐前菜的白甜蝦有夠鮮甜,松露濃湯松露味很濃溫度也很夠,最後甜點的布丁完美的收尾。
