終於吃到…果然名不虛傳⋯⋯ 臭豆腐真的是吃到現在最酥的一次 真的是「酥」而不硬,不會像有些店家會咬嘴! 而且就算泡了醬汁,酥脆程度也不會影響太多!!! 唯一可以挑剔的大概就是醬汁 缺少蒜味,導致層次及深度不夠 本身也沒啥酸味(雖然泡菜可以彌補一下) 泡菜有分醃高麗菜跟蘿蔔絲兩種 高麗菜口味無可挑剔、但蘿蔔絲的口感就乏善可陳 感覺就是充數量用的… 綜上,來花蓮可以算是必訪小吃之一吧⋯⋯

花蓮必吃的美食之一? 第一天下午來時候,竟然賣完了? 於是第二天決定一大早先來排隊?‍♀️ 10:30發號碼9:50到竟然第二名? 太棒了!可以11點準時用餐囉♥️ 豆腐外皮酥脆之外,這炸功算強 我想應該也因為是使用砲爐關係 豆腐裡面多汁吸收他們獨家醬汁 完全不鹹爽口、吃到最後都不膩 還有加上了蘿蔔絲和泡菜, 配起來更加爽口美味~不手軟! 辣椒水也是很辣哦,請酌量?️ 〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️ ??ShArE?? 他們是使用三道不同油溫去控制, 與外面一爐至兩爐小火油炸還是有差 建議大家可以在10點先去拿號碼牌, 就不用等個兩小時以上喔♥️♥️ 紅茶紅茶我覺得是好喝的喔☺️

Very good taste, Hualien branch for a famous stinky tofu from Yuli. Black tea matches the taste, nearby you can find some attractions so it’s worth a visit.

The tofu is very crispy. A very tasty Taiwanese kimchee with shredded white radish that tasted like non others. Will definitely come back again

I know I know, lots of foreigners think this dish terrible, weird and smelly. but you must try this, crispy fried tofu, with Taiwanese kimchi, and adding a bit sauce, you'd fall in love with stinky tofu.
