★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a strange returning experience. when I rent a scooter from this store, 2 lovely staff helped a lot, excellent customer service. But, here’s the “BUT”, when I return it at Tainan second store at afternoon probably 6:30pm, I thought it was done, then I got this phone call, at 9:40pm(hello? traveller here, oh wait, even normal people finished their job now) this young lady told me she works for this store, and she wants to ask if I returned the scooter. I said yes I returned. She said:”ok, never mind, thank you, bye”...I have to say I’m really unhappy about this, aren't you supposed to ask your work mate first rather than call me at 9:40pm? (It’s a cool bike though)
