全家都認為教練非常專業，唯有一女教練（好像是叫Bonnie）口氣差又冷漠，我爸爸隨水流要溜下去，她看著發呆，我請她幫忙，她居然非常不情願，是其他團員幫忙的

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 參加9/21三棧北的全日溯溪團，一路上教練們都會很細心的提醒團友應該注意哪些事項跟照顧大家，也會依照參加團員的狀態來適時的調整路線跟難度，所以沒溯過溪的朋友請不要太擔心，放心交給阿毅教練，他會給你一個好玩又回憶滿滿的旅程～貨比三家不吃虧，但來花蓮溯溪找狂人出動真的是物超所值唷！爬到終點在山谷間吃酸菜白肉鍋跟喝下午茶真的超爽的啦！

阿忠和瑞都是很棒的教練，細心簡潔地叮嚀我們溯溪該注意的事項，還很耐心地把我們當中的旱鴨子教到敢跳水和水上漂～又很健談!!
還有教練煮的午餐和下午茶都很讚 XD
We are well equipped and looked after us during the whole marching, and will be meticulous in safety.
Both Azhong and Rui are great coaches. They carefully and concisely reminded us of the things we should pay attention to when tracing the river. They also patiently taught the land ducks among us to dare to dive and float in the water~ and very talkative!!
The lunch and afternoon tea cooked by the instructor are great XD
