2021年4月16日11:30至門市外帶苦瓜排骨湯及蝦仁炒飯,老闆娘回應:「飯還沒蒸好要等30分鐘」,老闆:「我們還沒開始營業」,我:「可以等,但是炒飯可以幫我分兩分裝我跟你買一個盒子嗎?」老闆:「這樣我們沒辦法做,你可以去隔壁買,隔壁也有賣炒飯」,我:「那幫我放一起就好了」,老闆娘:「我們還有很單多沒做,沒辦法幫你做」,我:「好那沒關係給我一個苦瓜湯就好!」老闆沒回應把湯包裝好,我拿1000結帳,老闆娘把湯放到裡面,叫我下次有零錢再來買,我掉頭要走,身旁來了一位客人點了一個肉絲炒飯,結果老闆娘馬上拿本子記錄起來,做生意這種態度真的讓人沒辦法接受。

1.衛生差環境很髒 2.食物普通 3.點餐起碼等20分鐘以上 4.付錢還要看臉色: 費用210給510,闆娘臉臭卻說百鈔不夠,十塊不要給,沒第三張百鈔找你(你零錢不夠是我的問題嗎?) 沒耐心的人別去,老闆或闆娘遇到認識的人,他們打個招呼,剛點完餐(在旁邊有聽到他點3碗麵) 缺莫名的比我和旁邊幾位先拿到(我的:炒飯好了剩炸醬麵。認識的:3個炸醬麵。結果煮的4碗麵都給認識的。) 1個認識的就算了(點3碗的),還連續2個(4碗剩下的那一碗就是給第2位),問了才說快好了,然後才給。 別說點餐了,闆娘都先接電話,接完訂餐後還不一定理現場的客人。

看了來店消費的許多留言,覺得留下差評及一顆星的水水及大爺們高抬貴手。本人只是住在附近偶爾消費的吃客。這家店幾乎從小吃到大,老闆夫婦也鮮少面對面交談,求學在外四年、工作六年也並無吃到會念想的回頭店家,一來是老家在附近,二來是店家所烹煮的水餃、酸辣湯麵、炸醬麵對口。記得小時候剛開業並無多久,光顧過幾回,知道等待時間幾乎20分起跳,若無提前致電訂餐,就只能到隔壁小七閒晃等待。感嘆現今臺灣至店家消費的族群們,實在有些受服務胃口大張,若稍加觀察便可知,一家小店就僅老闆先生在爐具前掌鍋翻炒,闆娘裝袋收銀打包,兩人各分其執。夜晚不清楚,但午時巔峰用餐時間,電話外帶、來店外帶絡繹不絕,更甭談內用客人需待餐多少時間了。現時間即面臨新冠疫情期間,多少商販支撐不住閉門收店,望請多一分耐心、多一份包容、少一分責難。至店消費族群真不是身份多麼崇高,在您因為等待時間過長、口味不對口就留下惡言、惡相的大大們,一家小店需要的付出及努力,很可能因為各位的惡評、一顆星,導致一家老店關閉,望請海涵。
