補充:
車子近期之內遭逢追撞,特請老闆協助鈑金相關事項。(我與老闆的共識包含了全車整修,老闆有自己的方法,後續不多加論述)總共送修兩次,第一次花蓮區的保險業務員在行政手續及回報顧客之中有很多資訊落差,造成點交時間研究,使客人一個禮拜無法用車。
直到點交現場,發現仍有一處尚未維修,經老闆解釋後才理解是在地保險業務員認為此處非此次車禍造成,故不便維修。(顧客認為,此碰撞點已經報案處理並鑒定,警方也認定此碰撞點為此次車禍肇成)
第二次維修,將台南區業務保險員、花蓮區在地業務員、老闆三方共同討論為何會出現維修沒有完全處理、延誤交車時間,此次只看見業務員互相推皮球,而車廠老闆也如實呈報整個處理過程。
此事件之後,業務員立即打電話給顧客,告知有時間直接到車廠維修,不用在等保險通知。
以上是所有發生經過。
老闆很貼心的幫忙整理外觀及清潔內裝!只能說用心服務的老闆真的不多!

For the second maintenance, the business insurer in Tainan District, the local salesman in Hualien District, and the boss of the three parties jointly discussed why the repairs were not completely handled and delayed the delivery time. Only the salesmen were pushed to push the ball.
After this incident, the salesman immediately called the customer and knew that there was time to go directly to the depot for repair, and no need to wait for insurance notice.
