★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not the biggest, but probably the best wet market for local produce in Hualien. Opens in the early evening and some food stalls stay till midnight. Difficult to park the car nearby and the toilet may be a bit graphic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You must visit here if you come to Ji'an county. This is a traditional Taiwanese market runs in daily evening . We found lots of handmade local food here, and very very fresh. Surprised us. Kinda fishes, Taiwanese street food, Japanese fusion style, and “ Kway” ( made from rice , sticky rice, mixed white carrots, or taros, and green herbs. ) all reasonable price!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An old market that needs a facelift. It has been in this location for many decades, and it has some of delicious local delicacies can't be find else where. Going there is like a trip back to the old memory lane.
