★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. 雖然按口頭合約提供了我們升級後的加大四人房,但門一打開立即有一股濃厚的霉味迎面撲鼻而來,房間內陳設整齊,但設備實在過於老舊,就連各寢具皆都散發著濃濃的霉味,開啟窗戶和冷氣從下午三點多到深夜十二點仍未散去,且在各大訂房網站上搜尋一圈後,皆無法觀看到此房型的照片(樣品圖與實際圖差異過大不敢放?)
2. 衛浴設備的乾濕分離也變成浴簾遮蔽,馬桶一使用後馬上漏水,反應後卻只拿條蹋腳巾吸水,說會再有維修人員來處理,但從入住到退房也未曾出現過,中間房務更換備品時,踏腳巾也沒更換過,退房時已經有一點味道,且第二天房務人員更換備品後居然連房門都沒重新上鎖即離去。(入住房客毋須隱私?)
3. 度假村提供的吹風機主機是釘死在牆面上的,但家人吹到一半時竟然整組掉落!(驚!)另外庭院設計的景觀植物距離房間窗戶過近,會有持續不間斷的吵雜聲響,家中有怕吵的老人家千萬注意,因為反應給度假村也沒有其他處理方式。
4. 餵魚的飼料罐、腳踏車和其他度假村內眾多設備皆需要100元押金,要收押金卻沒有一個妥善的租借押金退還制度,此押金每每總是在歸還設備後,需由本人主動提出才會歸還,即使原本的度假村服務人員就在旁邊聆聽你租借其他設備卻沒有押金,也只會展現出一副事不關己 高高掛起的態度,完全不會主動提醒尚有押金未退還可直接繼續使用,而屢屢在跟櫃檯和該名服務人員反應後,該服務人員總告知不好意思並表示沒注意,故仍需入住的旅客請務必自行注意。
5. 渡假村離火車站來回有半小時車程,接駁費用需 NT 100/位(來回),此費用需到渡假村官方網站搜尋,且附註說明在極不顯眼的位子才能看到(需特別查找),在旅遊展業務推廣銷售時,卻未清楚說明這些接駁需要費用,且該費用並未包含在住房費用內。
6. 我們在旅遊展購買度假村的票券時,銷售業務人員急於售票和業績,也不清楚說明使用規則,所有度假村內設備詢問時,皆口述回覆已包含,以及不會有其他任何使用上的問題,但最後卻未在購票憑證上簽名(這是我們整個購票過程最嚴重的個人疏失),故事發時在度假村現場卻找不到可為此直接負責的人,旅展千萬別只聽業務說和看著各大旅行社誘人的廣告,千萬記住白紙黑字才能有消費保障。(但度假村在大白天卻沒有任何一個可申訴的負責人員留守實在頗令住客無言)
請大家購買此度假村住房專案或票卷前,三思並詳閱相關注意細節,因為真的差很大
備註:本來是想給一顆星,多給一顆星是給負責晚會活動的工作服務人員,非常盡責
1. Although we were provided with an upgraded, enlarged quadruple room according to the oral contract, a strong musty smell came out immediately as soon as the door was opened. The room was neatly furnished, but the equipment was too old, even the sleeping quarters. Gu Jie exudes a strong musty smell. The windows and air-conditioning have not dissipated from more than 3 pm to midnight, and after searching on major booking websites, I cannot see the photos of this room type ( The sample picture is too different from the actual picture, dare you not put it?)
2. The dry and wet separation of the bathroom equipment has also become a shower curtain. The toilet leaks immediately after use. After the reaction, only a squat towel is used to absorb water. It is said that there will be maintenance personnel to deal with it, but it never appeared from check-in to check-out. However, when the intermediate housekeeper replaced the spare parts, the foot towel was not changed, and there was a smell when I checked out, and the housekeeper left without re-locking the door after changing the spare parts the next day. (No privacy required for staying guests?)
3. The host of the hair dryer provided by the resort was nailed to the wall, but the whole group dropped when the family was halfway through the blow! (Surprised!) In addition, the landscape plants designed in the courtyard are too close to the windows of the room, and there will be continuous noise. There are elderly people in the home who are afraid of noise. Please pay attention to it, because the resort has no other way to deal with it.
4. Fish feed tanks, bicycles and many other equipment in the resort require a deposit of 100 yuan. The deposit is required but there is no proper rental deposit refund system. This deposit always needs to be raised by the person after returning the equipment. It will be returned. Even if the original resort service staff is listening to you for renting other equipment but there is no deposit, it will only show an attitude of not having to hang up, and will not take the initiative to remind you that there is still a deposit that has not been refunded. Continue to use it directly, and after repeatedly reacting to the counter and the service staff, the service staff always informs that they are embarrassed and said that they did not pay attention, so passengers who still need to check in must pay attention to it by themselves.
5. The resort is a half-hour drive from the railway station to and from the railway station. The connection fee is NT 100/person (round trip). This fee needs to be searched on the resort’s official website, and the note indicates that you can only see it in a very inconspicuous seat ( Special search is required), when the travel exhibition business promotes sales, it is not clearly stated that these connections require fees, and the fees are not included in the housing expenses.
6. When we purchased tickets for the resort at the travel exhibition, the sales staff were eager to sell tickets and performance, and were not clear about the rules of use. All inquiries about the equipment in the resort were verbally answered, and there would be no other use. Problem, but in the end we didn’t sign on the ticket purchase voucher (this is the most serious personal negligence in our entire ticket purchase process). When the story was published, there was no person who could be directly responsible for this at the resort. Just listen to business talk and watch the attractive advertisements of major travel agencies, and be sure to remember the black and white words in order to have consumer protection. (However, the resort does not have any complainable responsible personnel to stay behind in broad daylight, which is quite speechless for the residents)
Please think twice before purchasing this resort housing project or ticket, and read the relevant details carefully, because it is really a big difference
Remarks: I originally wanted to give one star, and one more star is for the staff responsible for the party activities, very conscientious
