我去拉球拍線，選線時跟老闆說我要求的品牌，老闆拿5年前製造的線出來給我。拉好請我去取球拍，我當時要求27磅，結果拉出來後硬度明顯不到23，老闆堅持這個就是27且重複強調是機器拉出來的。切身經驗分享給各位。事後老闆私下與我聯繫，願退回工資部分作為補償，老闆有心彌補客戶不滿之處，也算是消除部分怨氣。
