Quiet place to stay, convenient

Clean environment, simple residents, student-oriented residential area

Most of them live in students, almost all in small suites. There are few things to eat nearby, and transportation is convenient.

After two years (2016-2018), most of them are in the middle of the building (not all of them). It is recommended to join the Facebook community. The administrator is fully responsible and responsible, and will reflect the problem. Advantages: Landmark has elevator. Underground parking treadmills can be registered for free (with a deadline). Not many rooms have a balcony. More remote. Occasionally it takes about 20 minutes to walk to the entrance of Donghua Administration Building Reminder: they are all in separate houses, so the landlords are different. Ask the administrator for availability. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. If you go to Hualien for a longer stay, you should come back and find a house to rent.
