台南人認證道地的東山鴨頭,在花蓮想吃的話一定要選這一家,每次想念台南食物必吃?食材處理得很乾淨,不會炸過頭,香氣以及甜味都很足,喜歡海帶跟鴨脖子,鴨腸也很好吃,東山鴨頭就是要吃那個甜啦!東華的學生太幸運了!全花蓮大概找不到第二家,不要再被一堆炸滷鴨肉騙了~

After that, I went to Luodong Night Market to buy Dong duck without the aroma at all ? Anyway, at least it's the best Dongshan duck head I've ever eaten. 這是我第一次吃到真心覺得好吃的東山鴨頭 我常常被東山鴨頭的香氣欺騙,總是吃到很多聞起來很香吃起來很糟,或是炸的焦黑乾硬,或是滿是腥味的禽類內臟,久而久之都對東山鴨頭失去信心,這間是工作時客人推薦給我說每次回花蓮都必吃的,不只沒讓我失望,還讓我驚艷。 *雞皮 時隔這麼多年,除了大學時期柳丁鴨的雞皮我敢吃之外,這是全台灣第二間我敢吃,而且覺得好吃的雞皮!! 沒有腥味,不是乾脆而是軟嫩之外在邊緣帶一點點脆度的,雖然軟嫩,油脂都還在但是不油膩,有肉桂香跟甜味,超好吃! *米血 香甜軟嫩入味,停不下來的好吃 *雞心 我一向不敢吃內臟類,雞心偶爾會鼓起勇氣嘗試,但也常常踩雷踩到自己粉身碎骨,這間的雞心很好吃啊!雞心有彈性不是乾硬的,沒有腥味,咬開沒有血塊,超級入味帶著甜香。 *鴨心 鴨心老闆有細心先用刀劃開,比雞心更紮實,一樣很入味好吃,沒有腥味 *雞胗 雞胗最怕變成橡皮筋,咬到下巴脫臼都吞不下去,這間雞胗完全不會,除了一樣很入味之外,雞胗的口感還是脆的 只能說,相見恨晚 已經想好以後的基礎必點款了 雞心兩串 米血兩塊 雞皮一串 其他視心情而定
