The iconic tofu just replace kimchi with leek and didn’t make it more tasty. And the soup they added too much pepper and made it too spicy for anyone who is used to traditional port bone soup. Come here if you are very close otherwise no need to take a detour to come.

Stinky tofu is the Chinese version of anchovy and gorgonzola, whether you love or hate it. Although it smells not nice, its taste is not as strong as you may think, it's just a piece of crispy snack. Worth a try anyway. Please give me a "like" if you found this helpful. 對於華人來說，不需要多介紹臭豆腐了，我最喜歡炸，皮脆。
