一開始先買了剝皮辣椒包子嚐鮮，出乎意料的剝皮辣椒的香辣跟肉完全融合搭在一起，並沒有那種外面辣味包子的辣油味
於是回頭買了六罐剝皮辣椒，到目前送禮自用後親友的稱讚都很好 ??

在大馬路旁，有停車場方便停車。店面很新，除了辣椒也有些別的花蓮特產（還有乖乖XD）
剝皮辣椒肉包還蠻好吃的，微辣，但還可以接受。
剝皮辣椒一週內要冰到冷藏，如果開封後無法一週內吃完，需要冷凍！
2022/04 First visit
There is a parking lot next to the main road for easy parking. The store is very new, in addition to peppers, there are also some other Hualien specialties (and darling XD)
The peeled chili meat bun is quite delicious, slightly spicy, but acceptable.
The peeled peppers should be refrigerated within a week. If you can't eat them within a week after opening, you need to freeze them!
