It was rented by a reporter named Xu from the Daily News until his death. Fortunately, this old house is located on the site of the station and is protected from natural disasters by surrounding buildings as a barrier in the urban area. It is fortunately preserved to this day. Therefore, it may be the only remaining wooden Catholic church in Hualien. The building has changed hands several times, and the current owner accidentally bought it. However, after the karaoke was closed, the old house had not been used for a period of time. The main wooden structure was damaged and broken, causing the roof to collapse and serious water leakage. If it is not repaired, it cannot be used. Although the homeowner is raising funds with the help of enthusiastic people, it is still not enough to cover the huge expenses of repairing the old house, so he reluctantly asks for the sale, hoping that more capable people will continue to take over for the old house.
