C	Chen Pei Wang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 阿嬤的麵是小時候記憶中的傳統美味，麵煮得洽當、湯頭好，而且份量很多不怕吃不飽，已經很久沒吃到這樣的麵了，沒想到能在花蓮吃到，雖然是小麵館衛生不馬虎，櫥窗魯味整齊陳列，環境乾淨，值得一說的是聽到阿公收拾完桌面不忘先去洗手再回來切魯味，疫情期間有店家能注意到這個小細節真的十分感動，之後來光復的每一天我都要去回訪。 Grandma’s noodles are traditional delicacies from my childhood memories. The noodles are cooked properly, the soup is good, and the portion is large. I’m not afraid of not being full. I haven’t eaten such noodles for a long time. The sanitation of the noodle shop is not sloppy, the windows are neatly displayed, and the environment is clean. It is worth mentioning that I heard that Grandpa did not forget to wash his hands and then came back to cut the taste after cleaning the desktop. During the epidemic, a store could notice this little detail and I was really moved. After that, I have to pay a return visit every day after the recovery.

The boss had a confidence about putting the food together, and looked as he enjoyed his craft of cooking. I could see that the boss’’s love was put into to the food. Everything tasted lovely. Thank you for the nice dining experience.
