The ramen soup is not bad, the portion is moderate. The price is biased towards medium to high consumption in towns and villages.

I searched the ramen shops that were early adopters under Google. I was first attracted by the food photos. After ordering and serving, I found that everything was delicious, especially the tamago tofu. It is a gourmet restaurant that I will visit again!

Today I tried the red miso ramen and blue ribbon pork cutlet set meal. The set pork chop felt a little bit over-fried, but it was still ok. The lettuce salad was crispy and delicious. Korean kimchi is delicious, not too salty or spicy, one bite after another. The marinated pumpkin is not too salty to taste the original taste of the food. The staple food and side dishes have their own flavors, but they can be coordinated as a whole. It is a very good set meal. The red miso ramen is slightly spicy, and it tastes very comfortable in winter. The soup is ok. The barbecued pork and bamboo shoots are all marinated. The noodles are thoroughly cooked and soft, but they don’t seem to be chilled with ice water. It’s not like that. The method of Q bombs and spring teeth, (I personally like the taste of Q bombs.) . Today, I tried jade tofu. The egg is fragrant, there is no bubbles at all, the Q, the sauce is delicious, and it is delicious. . I often come to Ruisui, and when I come to eat in the future, this restaurant will rank first. There is only one female chef in the kitchen, but the meals can be tasted, very good, five stars!

Came for lunch, the rice was pretty good, but to be honest, the ramen part suits the taste of Taiwanese. The noodles are soft and Q is ok, but the soup part is much worse than Japan. I personally feel that people who come to Hualien can come and have a look.
