★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 點一份30元的加蛋蔥油餅，有別於常見油炸酥脆口感的蔥油餅，這邊有點像手工桿製含蔥麵皮的蛋餅，餅皮油煎的表面微酥、內皮Q彈，再夾著軟嫩的荷包蛋，沒有油炸蔥油餅那種油膩燙嘴的口感，也沒有一般冷凍蔥油餅皮粗硬的麵粉口感，推薦~
