★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 雞鳴園的體驗活動是很受大小朋友歡迎的客家炒米香，客家炒米香是源於客家族群早期遷移開墾而產生的傳統米食，他是用大鐵鍋來炒有機糙米，糙米受熱膨脹後再壓製成米香，不同於爆米香口感更香脆，有橘皮和黑糖兩種口味可以選擇。遊客來這邊體驗必須提前預約，沒有預約來的話呢....現場也有機會買到製作完成的炒米香。雞鳴園還有一項隱藏版的商品，就是有機咖啡！羅山有機村在地生產的咖啡豆，採中淺培烘焙，可以買咖啡豆、也可以買掛耳包。
