9/7購買了一條90尺動力延長線,使用不到20次,插頭即融掉發黑,當天使用無下雨,收放都正常放置,當日使用插座沒有異常,拿到購買店家詢問,店家說法需聯繫廠商帶回檢查,詢問需要等待時間無法確認,廠商聯繫也無法確認原因,只回應或許是碰到水…在沒下雨的情況也沒有其他店家同時使用有異常,一條新的動力線插頭發黑融掉,廠商表示可以重灌插座頭但無法確認拿回的時間,我回應生意使用沒有替代品不願意重複購買設備,廠商也不願意折舊只答應修理,也同意了! 但今天不滿意的是店家消極處理態度,店家老闆娘說不會怕網路評論,所以按我接收到的過程呈現貼文,原來在這邊買了東西有問題,店家都覺得跟她們無關,是廠商問題,要客戶自行追蹤進度 首先,待送修過了約2週再購買店家詢問進度,才表示要一段時間修理時間,廠商有提供短些的動力線備用,我回應那為什麼都沒有告知聯繫有備用線,已自行到他店購買另一條動力線,店家回應廠商說有聯繫妳,我回應並沒有,店員也不理會。只一直聯繫其他人為什麼沒有告知客戶 再次,過了約2週我又到店家詢問修好了沒?店家回應要一個月,廠商說會聯繫妳,我依然告訴店員沒有接到聯繫,有確切日期嗎?店員留下我電話表示會當天再請廠商聯繫我,但我依然沒有接到電話 今天,11/6再到店家詢問修復進度,老闆娘又問廠商沒聯繫嗎?對吼,過一個月了。我回應老闆娘上次說要聯繫並沒有,都要我跑來詢問 才知道有備用線,再跑來才知道要一個月,現在再跑來等老闆娘聯繫問廠商才知道剛修復好線,表明不然我沒有東西,你是要怎麼樣的態度,使用過就是不能退 我回應老闆娘不折舊退不了,修復等待好歹也該有通知,總不能我買了2周,放到現在還不知道到底如何?都要每次來問才知道有備用線,再問才知道一個月修復期,又問才知道現在剛修好,我表明不願意上網評論,都在做生意,雖然店家做法很難理解 但老闆娘立即說不會怕網路評論,所以我貼了 只是覺得原來現在店家的態度是賣了東西有問題與店家無關,有處理了,丟給廠商聯繫,但廠商沒有聯繫也不是店家的問題,那留客戶電話是為了…?原來現在賣東西都是這樣的。 還要再等下週二自行到店取,再看看是否可以拿到了,店家不開心,我也不開心,不好的購物經驗
