打電話去訂餐忘了跟店員說要辣椒醬想說到現場跟店員說然後櫃檯小姐(好像是粉色或紅色頭巾)就語氣很不好的說下次打電話時要記得說!!想說第一次來買你們家態度就那麼不好,其他分店都不會這樣!沒有下次光臨謝謝!

今天點早4的炒麵+蛋+豆漿,炒麵味道太淡,豆漿也太淡,主要是外帶袋子裡面沒主動附筷子吸管,打開有點傻眼,下次再試試別的餐點跟飲料,看看是否有改善

9/20 no.260電話訂了一些餐點,取完餐上了高速公路,接到店家來電告知漏放了我最期待的巧巴達,回覆店家人已離開彰化,店家很有誠意的詢問是否能留下我的資料,承諾下次消費再補餐給我,感覺就是負責。雖然短時間內不會再去彰化,但期待再次消費。

早上七點去光顧,櫃檯小姐對客人講話態度不是很客氣,而且因為怕要等很久,我有先客氣地問「請問需要等很久嗎?」小姐只回「我們按照訂單順序,你前面還有這些」(然後就指著櫃檯放客戶訂單的地方,真是囂張的樣子) 真是有回答跟沒回答一樣呢!我隔壁的男生看到櫃檯小姐這態度,就把點單放下轉頭走了不買了...後面客人來點餐,櫃檯小姐也很不耐煩,收完錢完全沒說找錢多少,找錢也是大力的放在客人手上,不知道來消費還要受什麼氣呢,建議貴司多多訓練櫃檯小姐的情緒管理, 如果是因為覺得生意太好才這樣,那至少餐點要非常美味才行吧⋯⋯但東西味道很一般(跟台中的阿寶比起來你們這裡餐點品質不穩定,看其他評論就知道了) 餐點:起司蛋餅,蛋餅皮太軟很像只煎了一下有熟就起鍋的感覺⋯⋯ 巧克力吐司,評價同上,麵包感覺只有加熱一下下的那種... 結論:1.櫃檯人員加強訓練顧客服務 2. 餐點品質需注意不要趕快就不顧美味度 加油...別砸了阿寶招牌 看完業主回覆就知道業主根本沒看清楚問題的重點,哪一家店不是按照順序出貨的請問一下?這是基本常識好不好!我說的是要大概知道是不是要等很久,請問聽的懂問題嗎? 還有餐點味道就是很一般,本來就是個人主觀,不然為什麼要寫評論?只能寫好的老闆才要接受嗎? 看到你這樣的回覆就知道為什麼培養出這種員工了,果然只會有一次生意,再繼續傲慢就看貴店能撐多久囉
