1顆星都不想給,剛到就聽到隔壁桌的餐點被做錯,那桌客人感覺勉為其難接受,正常應該說重做一份吧? 後來我們的餐點來了,飲料也做錯,然後少做一份烤肉蛋餅加拔絲,我反應了,但第一時間店家給我的感覺是我沒有填到???再看評論才知道原來做錯餐點根本是常態??覺得這樣的態度給客人的感覺很差,好好的早餐都覺得不好吃了。建議多用心做餐,而不是做錯了還要客人接受?? 補充:我確定我有填烤肉蛋餅,我還寫了+拔絲,這麼深刻怎麼可能沒印象呢!?覺得業主的回應評論的態度都如此高呢,其實客人要的只是感覺的問題,估狗強迫我的一顆星就收好吧,不客氣,因為我們也不會再光顧當然也不可能介紹客人去吃嘍?
