★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 真是大開眼界，早上想打電話訂餐，結果連續打了半小時的電話一直是通話中，想說可能清明連假休息吧。
結果剛剛經過，卻是正常營業，那我不得不猜想，電話是被故意拿起來不接聽的。
請問開店又故意不接客人電話是什麼意思？不想接乾脆不要做生意啊，真是令人嘆為觀止。（BTW，那個線上點餐系統真的不好用，不然你以為我吃飽太閒連打半小時電話？）
It was an eye-opener. I wanted to make a phone call in the morning to order food, but I kept on calling for half an hour.
As a result, it just passed by, but it is still open for business, so I have to guess that the phone was deliberately picked up and not answered.
May I ask what does it mean when you open a store and deliberately don't answer customer calls? If you don't want to take it, don't do business at all, it's amazing. (BTW, that online ordering system is really not easy to use, otherwise you think I'm too busy to make phone calls for half an hour?)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 拚速度『熱狗』用炸的我可以接受,但紅色熱狗把我炸成黑色熱狗,而且都乾癟了還出餐?起鍋 裝袋 放到前台 取餐確認,至少兩人看過吧?沒人在顧品質的嗎?
還是僥倖心態,錢收到就好,客人也沒發現~

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 人都到現場了，還硬要客人用line點，不開放現場點餐麻煩公告清楚好嗎。櫃檯的那位也不知道在裝忙什麼，內場做好的裝袋餐點是要檢查幾次，這麼不相信自己還是同事，出餐速度慢、手腳也慢。

因為生意好 所以外帶都要提早點餐
有某一位小姐接電話的點餐講話很慢 可能是謹慎？但我覺得困擾⋯
最常點蔬菜卷 份量很足夠超大卷 醬料也比其他分店大包覺得? 漢堡選項也比其他分店多
至於飲料⋯不管哪家分店都一樣 我怎麼點點什麼都不好喝? 只是大杯很划算而已
