★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good experience. A Cut portion is even better than any portion I had before. I wasn't a big fan of Wagyu due to the fat, but A Cut get all the best of Wagyu but not too far. They also offer really nice wine choice. However, I think it would be nicer if can control wine temperature better. The waitress in did serve the wine every time my glass is empty, but there is no one keep wine in ice, so at the end wine is a bit too warm to drink.

The service staff is very caring because he noticed that my sis felts cool then he took the blanket to her. Great Job!
But the Secret Garden which flavor tasted like fridge?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service was nice as our waitress was very attentive and helpful while being very busy, which certainly lives up to its Michelin Star. However, my ribeye steak, for which I like it to be medium rare, was actually a bit overcooked (probably medium to medium well) in my opinion. It was neither easy to cut nor to chew. Except for my steak, I like pretty much everything about this restaurant, its service, its decor, its vibe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We elected the 6 course meal with the Australian steak. Food was decent and I really enjoy the service by my server Anita Liu. She was professional and knowledgeable of all the dishes. Since it was my first time at A Cut, I relied on her to make all the recommendations. She did a great job! Everything she selected tasted fantastic and she provided prompt and superior service. She even took great pictures for us! Anita really made this a wonderful dining experience for us. Thank you Anita!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was the first time we went to A-Cut after it had awarded Michelin Star 2021. The decoration of the restaurant has been changed to better atmosphere. The foods are delicious. The combination of wagyu and rice matches perfectly as the rice absorb the grease of wagyu very well. Also the sake matches wagyu excellently as the alcohol dissolves the oil of wagyu so that you don’t feel too oily. The service is up to Michelin standard. A very good steakhouse in town if you come to Taipei.

We had Mayura full blood wagyu ribeye steak from Australia. Really good taste!
The waiter who served us is very professional, giving detailed intro to each kind of cuisine. People who has difficulties making decisions could ask them for help.
Overall, this is a great steakhouse, highly recommend!
