2020年9月為了身體健康,突然的覺醒走進健身房,原本只是單純的想用器材與團課來成就自己;還好我在3堂不同教練指導體驗後,決定由Ethan教練來訓練!因為~~對於沒有運動習慣的人,自我要求真的是不可能的事!而且重訓與肌力訓練真的必需專業訓練與引導的!用錯了部位,你訓練到的不是曲線哦!而是蠻力造成的運動傷害和肌肉代償! 在一路跟著Ethan教練學習下發現,原本只是覺得他教學時解說耐心之外,漸漸發現到他對學生當下運動後的身體反饋也頗為上心! Ethan教練會用心的去觀察學生的學習狀況,也為了豐富教學內容,不斷的思考與調整課程設計;讓我在上教練課的時間像玩樂般的成長了!"重訓"變成不再侷限於一成不變的"器材",而是學會了許多用徒手、用簡單的器材,用固定的東西去變化不同的運動模式,讓身邊任何可能的"物品",都可以達成隨時隨地的自我訓練! 在跟Ethan教練學習這段期間,不但自己身體的狀態在體檢後分數提高了不少外,信心也增進了許多!最重要的是Ethan教練會對學生的成長感到驕傲和成就!尤其是不小心成功的完成某個困難的動作時,他會驚呼哩! 我想,這也是他對於擔任教練的熱忱所在!所以大推這位既專業又親和的教練哦~~~
