★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 運動的好地方有專業的器材練起來感覺真的差好多，一週兩次的訓練真的很讚，上班體力比以前好很多體態也變的超美，很推薦大家能來上教練課的
It’s a good place to exercise. There are professional equipment. It feels really bad to practice. The training twice a week is really good. The physical strength at work is much better than before, and the posture has become super beautiful. I highly recommend everyone to come to the coaching class.
