★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 位於竹山鎮上的水餃麵食類店家，牛肉麵也是竹山地區主要的牛肉麵點選擇店家之一，牛肉麵本身屬於清燉微偏紅燒口味的湯頭，麵條可選擇細麵或是寬麵，細麵為一般陽春麵類的麵條口感，而寬麵則擁有類似麵疙瘩口感的不規則類型寬麵條，適合習慣有嚼感的人選用。一碗牛肉麵有6、7塊左右的牛肉，牛肉屬於軟嫩帶有些微嚼感的肉體，肉質算水準以上，牛肉也能將湯汁適當的吸收，整碗麵的大小即使不另外點其他小菜類的東西，也算能夠飽足一餐的份量，雖給三星評價，但還算有三到四星的水準。
另外一提的是店家服務態度良好，是傳統店家中值得肯定的。

牛肉麵是紅燒的，還可以，個人覺得湯頭有一種偏清淡的紅燒口感。
麵體有分寬和細，手工麵吃起來很Q彈。
水餃滿大顆的，皮軟Q， 餡多，有吃到菜的顆粒感。
