不會因為你非上課期間就不教授技巧
自己練習時其他教練看到動作有不正確時也會主動上前告知與教授正確姿勢，甚至會看你實作幾次再離開
總結：素質專業、環境舒適???
Professional and friendly coach
Not because you don't teach skills when you're not in class
When practicing by yourself, other coaches will take the initiative to inform and teach the correct posture when they see that the movements are incorrect, and they will even watch you practice a few times before leaving.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I joined the group training class about 2 weeks. I started with Spartan and now Cross-fit class, which I am getting loving it! The price is very reasonable for a small group class and the place has less people than the big gyms and you will find the coaches are young and professional, especially my coach Levi!
Since I decided to give it a try and put my full effort while here, I see myself improving. I enjoyed my time here, both in the class and personal practice. Thank you Levi and I totally recommend this place to people who want to do basic/advance workout or even join us on Crossfit group class on Wed!
