今天看到自己2013年動態回顧,那時跟台北濱江買四隻帝王蟹,結果收到時只出貨了兩隻,反應客服好像早就知道訂四隻他們只出兩隻,那時有被矇騙的感覺。多年後2022來看一下google評價,看起來情況還是一樣,看到有人訂六顆蜜桃少三顆,勾起我當年回憶,今天給一顆心,提醒其他想訂的人,如果買東西不想買到壞心情就參考看看吧!這麼多年還是一樣,應該不是客服問題了?‍♀️

1/20買的日本進口新鮮水果到現在還在黑貓營業所, 想必收到之後已經都不新鮮了吧...... 一直在直播解釋因為年前黑貓爆量所以會延遲, 那麼是否就別賣這類的進口新鮮水果, 才是顧及消費者權益呢? 已經看到很多消費者反映晚收到的水果發霉爛掉. 可是到1/22星期六都還繼續在直播賣水果, 這樣對嗎?

櫻桃品質實在太糟了,客服電話永遠打不通。 1月22日到貨大嘴巴櫻桃2公斤(1980元),拆箱發現包裝上下顛倒、盒底朝上,且梗已發黃。 當日及次日清洗後發現:約23顆明顯外傷或軟爛;約32顆有明顯的壓傷,且壓傷處及周圍摸起來都軟軟的(照片不易呈現);其餘大多仍有壓痕,但外觀勉強可以接受。只是這種品質縱使擺在NG品專區我都不會買。至於口感,根本跟脆一點都沾不上邊! 剛剛發現原來櫻桃狀況不是個案,但商家視若無睹未見改善,仍然不斷在直播中強調櫻桃很脆很新鮮,可惜事實並非如此,因此留下評論希望提醒消費者注意。 == 補充一下:剛剛(1月28日中午)我將前述內容在臉書粉絲專頁留言,立刻就被刪除了,效率真的很高⋯

Thieves. They offer a dry-aging service and have now "swapped" my paid for meats for cheaper and random substitutes. This is the second and last time they'll do this to me.
