★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 專門代工料理,就是處理九孔我覺得不行,九孔雖然只是白灼的,但是只是洗一下內臟都沒挖出來,還得自己挖感覺,那要代工幹嘛?150代工料理,其他還不錯就這個我不能接受。

The portion is small...it’s not nice to put on the plate...the fried crabs are served cold...at all they don’t look like fresh fry...the shrimp feels like a cold dish and not fresh. The shells are so soft and rotten. The kind that waits until it's all cold? won't patronize again next time

今日與家人到富基漁港,從不同攤位自購漁貨,委請兄弟餐廳代為料理,包含虎斑魚2吃、清蒸三點蟹、白灼活蝦、酥炸鮮蚵、熱炒海瓜子,外加炒菜、炒麵、1碗白飯,料理費合計$1000,用完餐後才收費,服務態度平實,唯打包須自理。
整體用餐經驗還算OK,似乎沒有網路負評那麼雷,或許現在已有改進,應該給店家一點鼓勵!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 來了富基漁港幾次,都是門口買海鮮,店家代客料理,收費合理、菜色品質不錯,不會偷,不像基隆某某漁港,也是代客料理起家,可是竟然會大換小或是冰過的魚換活魚(還是因為名字已經提醒你必殺了?)。
首先挑選海鮮,我習慣找最大間的商家,表示生意好、貨品進出快才會新鮮、量大價格就會便宜,所以進門左手邊,佔了三格的妙玲活海鮮可以參考看看,個人滿推薦的。價錢公道,品質佳,老闆娘又很親切。
今天跟家人一起來,帶了龍蝦、雪場蟹、鮑魚、龍虎斑、生蠔、海瓜子、風螺。當然,全部都是活的。老闆另外招待蚵仔一包,水晶魚一份。
龍蝦(時價,不便透露多少錢,但大約是基隆海產店的六折)作兩吃,身體生魚片,頭做成味噌湯,美味。還有龍蝦血,敢嘗試的朋友在料理前要先提醒店家。另外妙玲姐透露,近期龍蝦非常便宜(五到六折喔...),喜歡的朋友可以撥冗嚐鮮。
雪場蟹(時價),同等體型在日本料理店至少要5K,今天吃3K有找!已經有龍蝦刺身了,雪場蟹直接清蒸,大海的美味在口中綻放,連底下蒸出來的湯汁都是甜的!可惜有年紀了,不能多吃。
鮑魚清蒸,巴掌大的鮑魚還是一樣入口即化,完全不會有咬橡皮筋的感覺,讚!
龍虎斑(大約是基隆海產店的半價)清蒸,一上桌馬上被清空,活的隨便煮都好吃,美味。
生蠔用烤的,沾點五味醬或是薑醋,棒!
海瓜子當然是要快炒一下,熱炒店的基本菜色。
風螺用烤的,今天特別挑小一點的,才嫩。
蚵仔做成蚵仔酥,皮脆心軟,好吃。
水晶魚好像只吃過炸的,不錯。
如果假日來玩,用餐時間會稍微需要等候,所以建議避開用餐尖峰時段,或是盡量平日來訪,可以避免排隊及等待。
個人沒有吃過合菜,都是自己挑選+店家代客料理,所以合菜部分可以參考其他大大的心得。
以上菜色今天八個人吃了10K(包含料理費),非常滿足。好天氣至濱海公路出遊,途經富基漁港,可以考慮至此一遊,打打牙祭。

Lobster (current price, it is inconvenient to disclose how much, but it is about 40% off the Keelung seafood store) for two, the body is sashimi, and the head is made into miso soup, delicious. There is also lobster blood, friends who dare to try it should remind the store before cooking. In addition, Sister Miaoling revealed that lobsters are very cheap recently (50 to 40% off...), and friends who like it can take the time to try it.
Snow crab (current price), the same size in Japanese restaurant at least 5K, eat 3K today! There are already lobster sashimi, the snow field crab is steamed directly, the deliciousness of the sea blooms in the mouth, and even the steamed soup underneath is sweet! It's a pity I'm too old to eat more.
The abalone is steamed, the palm-sized abalone still melts in the mouth, and there is no feeling of biting a rubber band at all, praise!
Longhuban (about half the price of Keelung seafood store) is steamed and emptied as soon as it is served. It is delicious and delicious if you cook it alive.

Of course, the sea melon seeds should be fried quickly, the basic dish of the hot fried restaurant.
The wind snails are roasted. Today, I especially choose the smaller ones, so they are tender.
Oysters are made into crispy oysters, with crispy skin and soft heart, delicious.
Crystal fish seems to have only been fried, not bad.
If you come to play on holidays, you will have to wait a little during meal time, so it is recommended to avoid peak meal times, or try to visit on weekdays to avoid queuing and waiting.
Personally, I have never eaten a combination dish, and I choose it by myself + the restaurant's valet cooking, so I can refer to other great experiences for the side dish part.
The above dishes ate 10K for eight people today (including cooking costs), which is very satisfying. When the weather is good, you can travel to the coastal road and pass through the Fuji Fishing Port. You can consider visiting here and playing the teeth.

The flavor is good enough while the seafood you get from the market next to it is do fresh that anyone can do a good cook.
The environment is okay, good that there is a hand wash place inside the restaurant, you will need it.
