公司爛透了。兩次配送都出問題,第一次訂購洗衣機,兩個禮拜前約好配送日期,結果當天說什麼貨運盤點問題,當天沒辦法送,所以又再等兩天,請問這樣我兩個禮拜前約好時間有意義嗎?
因為還有訂金,所以上週四1/30到A8訂購電暖器,說要3-5個工作天,最晚2/6禮拜四可以收到,剛剛又不知道到底出什麼狀況,這週也收不到貨。所幸直接取消,不願再等,直接在momo訂,價錢便宜$1300還隔天就能送到。
等到訂金用完不會再繼續在集雅社購買任何東西了。

(光頭、戴眼鏡、身材有點微胖、看起來也不年輕)
一開始先問我要的是什麼型號,知道我看的是中階機款且店內沒展示後,馬上態度大轉變。問所有問題都非常不耐煩,例如我說我想了解一下ThinQ的介面時,該店員展示店內另一台高階機種,然後說:thinQ就這樣而已,完全沒有做任何進一步介紹或解說。問遙控器的功能,回答:就這些基本功能。最後直接無恥的說你有沒有要買另一款更高階的機種,我說沒有之後,他就直接說你可以自己看一下有沒有其他想了解的然後就站旁邊了。
相較於2分鐘前在信義誠品的YAMAHA專賣店店員的熱心且專心講解的服務態度,我只想自問現在是什麼年代了居然還有這種狗眼看人低的服務人員。
貴司的教育訓練,我實在不敢恭維,若你們不懂的檢討,那我想你們也就這樣了。
