態度差爆了 這樣幹嘛還要在櫃上買啊???

一個月後回到櫃上詢問,櫃姐還反問當時是不是沒有報電話給他們,釐清後櫃姐才表示那她現在來跑補登點數的流程。嗯,不客氣喔?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 與櫃姐詢問是否有泥娃娃面膜,直接回答沒貨了。因為週年慶賣很好可以理解,但後續問其他櫃點是不是有貨,回覆全台都沒有,週年慶前就開始缺貨了,連查都沒有查。因為面膜用完了,當天直接飆到站前店詢問,店員說貨源很充足啊,供貨穩定。這是什麼意思,不想賣可以說,不用欺騙消費者吧。

含糊的把功能、需求、價格...等重要資訊帶過,只一味的將商品塞進客人的購物車裡,讓我再也不想去你們實體櫃位消費。
不論是業務還是銷售人員,千萬不要把自己的銷售行為變得跟乞丐一樣,更不要把消費者當白癡。
若實體商店是這樣的服務,就沒有存在的價值了。
希望主管能重視這則評論,我知道不見得是櫃位人員的錯、也不一定是銷售主管的責任,但仍應找到造成這種糟糕銷售行為的原因。
給兩顆星是因為品木宣言的商品真的很好,我希望在銷售細節上也能有一樣的品質。
