電話預約的時候評論上推薦的師傅都不做了 預約四點按摩 到四點半師傅都沒出現 浪費我的時間專程跑一趟真的很差勁 店家也沒有任何處理 按摩多年沒遇過這種事
One point is too much
When I made an appointment by phone, the chef recommended in the comments did not do it. I made an appointment for a massage at four o'clock and the master didn't show up until 4:30. It was really bad to waste my time and make a special trip. The store didn't do anything to deal with it. I haven't encountered such a thing in massage for many years.

服務爛（進店店員沒招呼，也沒引導）
按摩更是爛！幫我按的師父連工號都不報，狂按在骨頭上，跟他說了完全沒改善！真的是亂按一通，從沒按過這麼爛的沒想到竟然在新光三越內！
結帳時流程動線也很糟，沒人引導甚至要自己找鞋子（西門町的服務都比這裡好，很荒謬！）
