I participated in the Lihpao Circuit event on October 9, 2021. Your company will undertake the tire replacement. After the replacement, the scratched wheel frame will be confirmed on the spot, and the scratch will be marked on the replacement record paper for treatment (see the picture for details). During this period, I contacted your company several times, from the initial promise to repair it to the current two times, it has not been read back, and it is a completely irresponsible company.
