A very good clinic which is foreigner friendly... Most of the staff and Doctors speak English which is uncommon in Taiwan.

They have English Speaking staff and very professional. The service here is great! Highly recommend this. Doctor Wang Kang Ying swiftly extracted both my upper wisdom tooth and the whole process took only about 30mins. If you can’t speak Chinese they have English speaking staff and they can arrange for you. Its also very close to the MRT, 3minute walk from City Council MRT

My second time to visit.. saw this clinic on google map.. I was amaze by the reviews.. The doctor's and the staff are kind and patiently explain the procedure. They speak english very well..Highly recommended to all foriegn workers.

As a patient of ABC Dental Alliance, I am impressed with the customer service, overall ambience and environment. Staffs are courteous and polite. The clinic seems well equipped and clean. The first time I went I felt like checking in for a spa service. That said, I will not visit ABC for future dental treatments nor will I recommend this clinic to anyone. Especially if you need serious dental treatments. Patients are treated by multiple personnels in different stage during each visit, and you may get a different group of people treat your teeth every time. This is not a bad thing, but dental treatments is medical treatments, medical staff should have good knowledge of what patients had done and need to be done. My interaction with them lead me impression that horizontal communication of patient conditions between ABC staffs is lacking. When staffs got challenged with questions, often the replies are vague or the answers did not answer the questions. Overall experience is this is more a business transaction than a medical treatment. Majority dentist are young and inexperienced. The two stars are for customer service and environment.
