★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今天去買vans遇到一位男店員，很貼心一直拿鞋給我們試穿，還幫忙檢查鞋是否有瑕疵，讓他跑了好幾次倉庫真不好意思，還把我們購入的鞋款價格寫出清單，相當清楚，可惜忘記問店員姓名?
推薦大家有到士林夜市可到這家abc購鞋哦
 I went to buy vans today and met a male clerk who was very considerate and kept trying on the shoes for us. He also helped to check whether the shoes were defective. I was embarrassed to let him run into the warehouse several times. He also wrote the price of the shoes we bought. The list is quite clear, but unfortunately forgot to ask the clerk’s name?
I recommend everyone to buy shoes at this abc if you go to Shilin Night Market

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 很久沒去ABC買鞋了，昨晚去買鞋，一開始進店後大約5分鐘，完全沒有人要理會我們，直到想試穿時找了一位男生幫忙拿尺寸才有人理，很感謝這這位男生幫忙上上下下的拿尺寸及調貨，最後總共買了5雙native共七千多元，其中包含了幫朋友買的，因不確定朋友是穿26還是27，所以先拿了27。
今天帶朋友去只是想試穿看看26的，但店員卻一直說必須要有發票才行⋯⋯
在意的點：
1.客人入店後無人招呼，是有要拿尺寸、有要購買才需要理會客人？才不會浪費人力並提升成交率？
2.大多數的消費者都知道換貨必須有發票，我們去試穿不代表會換貨，堅持要看發票的原因是？
3.昨天在一樓挑了半個多小時，其中好幾個款式都沒有尺寸，今天再去的時候才發現二樓也有同品牌的商品，既然已經知道消費者就是想買這個品牌的商品，為何不能主動告知相關訊息，尤其是因為沒有尺寸而必須挑剩餘款式時…
並不是花錢就是大爺，但身為銷售服務行業，基本的服務態度還是要有，希望下次去能感受好一些
（本來想給一顆星，但麻煩男生店員太多，所以加了一顆星）
