服務員是位頭髮淺咖啡及肩燙內彎
眼睛很大的女生
感覺是位新人
可是服務態度很好很積極!
發現調貨無法如預期
馬上就打電話聯繫~
試穿的時候不會緊迫盯人
讓客人可以自在試穿
好好確認適合尺寸
雖然這次只帶一雙鞋而已
但詢問問題也很有耐性!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 爛，今晚去買鞋子，一男一女店員這種服務讓人覺得不想再去，問女店員是否有尺寸只不屑的說幫我看看，沒有客人最大，但她這種態度真的差到已經讓我不想買了。再來試穿完尺寸不太合，要拿鞋給男店員，看了我一眼就默默將視線移開？？？我鞋子都拿在手上說我不要了，是在哈囉？？？請問請店員把試穿的鞋放回去不行嗎？老闆真的佛心來的，請了這些員工

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 詢問店家是否有其他尺寸 女店員反問需要什麼尺寸 本人對鞋子尺寸較不懂 店員堅持要我們說出尺寸才願意拿出來給我試穿 最後自己隨便講一個尺寸 結果店員進去找了一下走出來告訴我沒有我說的尺寸 重點前面我就已經說我不知道鞋子尺寸 也只是自己大概說一下 不然我不是尺寸連幫我找都沒有 結果女店員走進去找沒有我說的尺寸 空手出來說沒有你說的尺寸 正常我都不懂尺寸了 是否應該拿其他尺寸詢問是否要穿其他多一個或小一個尺寸試試看@@一副要理不理客人 實在是令人不想再去
