★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 前幾天看完電影來這邊消費，店面雖然小但是服務都很周到，換尺寸等了比平常久一點，詢問下才知道這裡的後面倉庫很遠，覺得店員為了我拿鞋子跑那麼遠太辛苦了，看店員拿鞋子就像不斷在跑步，好辛苦，萬一客人變很多又不講理，店員不就倒霉很可憐? 覺得管理層應該要調整一下，這樣太欺負員工了
I came here to spend after watching a movie a few days ago. Although the store is small, the service is very attentive. I waited a little longer than usual to change the size. After inquiring, I found out that the warehouse in the back is far away. It’s hard work, watching the clerk holding the shoes is like running constantly, it’s hard work, if the customers become too many and unreasonable, the clerk will be unlucky and pitiful ? I think the management should adjust it, this is too bullying for the staff

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今日去貴店，挑選到一雙鞋子想說試穿看看，店員應該是到倉庫去拿適合尺寸的鞋子，但在試穿過後，明確告知沒有要購買，且跟店員要求服務時態度及試穿完畢後態度都沒問題，但女店員卻跟另一名男店員抱怨，態度看起來非常差，頭也不回的走掉，是不知道試穿後若不購買是否會影響到業績，但我認為這也是合理範圍之內顧客的權益，實在不解此位女店員的服務態度及作為。
I went to your store today, I picked out a pair of shoes and wanted to try them on. The clerk should have gone to the warehouse to get the shoes of the right size, but after trying them on, they clearly told them that they did not want to buy them, and asked the clerk for their attitude and try-on. There was no problem with the attitude after the end, but the female clerk complained to another male clerk. The attitude seemed very bad, and she walked away without looking back. I don’t know if it will affect the performance if I don’t buy it after trying it on, but I Thinking that this is also the customer's rights within a reasonable range, I really don't understand the service attitude and behavior of this female clerk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 這家無售後服務，要售後服務的不要來這家，去品牌專屬店面買比較有保障，這家店販售2、3家品牌的鞋子，非品牌專屬的經銷商店，店員服務態度不好，無售後服務。一雙鞋才買3個月穿沒幾次(鞋子都還很乾淨)，其中一隻鞋的鞋面跟鞋邊連接處繃開，拿去店裡反應請店員打電話至該品牌處，結果只是一直推託說是客人的穿鞋習慣不好，賣出的鞋子沒保固，還一副客人找碴的語氣問客人的訴求是不是要換一雙鞋，真是狗眼看人！如果在專屬店面買，店員至少會幫忙送去工廠粘或縫，而不是像秀泰這家ABC的店員一樣態度惡劣
This store has no after-sales service. If you want after-sales service, don't come here. It is more secure to go to the brand's exclusive store. This store sells shoes of 2 or 3 brands. It is a non-brand exclusive dealer store. OK, no after sales service. I only bought a pair of shoes for 3 months and wore them only a few times (the shoes are still clean). One of the shoes had the upper and the edge of the shoe stretched open. I took it to the store and asked the clerk to call the brand. I just kept arguing that it was the customer's bad shoes habits, the shoes sold were not guaranteed, and he asked the customer if he wanted to change a pair of shoes in a tone of disbelief. If you buy in a dedicated store, the clerk will at least help send it to the factory to glue or sew, instead of being as bad as the ABC clerk in Showa
