A small ramen joint. There is only dry-based. However, it comes with a small bowl of clear soup. Either spicy or non-spicy. Bowl of noodles can be customized to personal preferences. The standard comes with a few slices of meat, bamboo shoots, seaweed and spring onion. Customers are able to add-on more ingredients which are individually priced. There are 3 quantity of noodles (portion is about 1 fist, 1.5 fists & 2 fists worth). No difference in price for amount of noodles ordered. Noodles are firm with a chewy texture. Condiments (minced ginger, yuzu pepper, white onion) are available. Personally, I find the sauce too salty. I added minced ginger and onion to even out the taste. I’m usually a small eater but managed to finish the medium portion. Goes to show how yummy-licious the noodles are.

Close to the Tokyo original. Very unique take on ramen. Add an egg and it becomes like a Japanese carbonara.

Very expensive considering the lousy quality u get in return. This place is the one of the worst ever Japanese imitation Raemen shop in the country. Noodles tasted like standard factory manufactured low grade food. Very oily and salty. For the high price I paid, I got just a few small shreds of pork in my pathetic bowl. The soup comes in an even smaller bowl and before drinking it, u think that there must be a lot of work put into it or the raw materials must be very expensive because they make that small bowl of soup look super duper precious. But believe me once u tasted it, u will immediately believe it’s a rip off because that ridiculous bowl of soup taste exactly like powdered soup off from a packet of instant noodles. You will have to kill me to get me to spend my money in this shop again.

Well, I used to eat Abura Soba Yamatoten in my home country (ID) so my tongue might so get used to that ID localized taste :( resulting this soba tasted slightly weird to me, which I believe this is adjusted to the TW local taste buds ;) the staffs were friendly although they couldn’t speak English, but they could understand your English (this is important as I’m a picky eater-slash-green onion haters) lol Spent TW$ 340 for a meal Ps. They have night promotion(until Jan 31) starting from 8.30 PM to 10 PM :)

Dry noodles with dressing. The price is bit high, in my opinion. Maybe it’s not like traditional ramen I thought.(soup inside) Anyway, a great experience you could try.

Reasonably priced with well balanced flavour. If you’re someone who likes soup, or noodle in soup, this might not be the place for you, although they do offer a small bow of complementary clear soup. The only downside is the menu had very limited selection of dishes, other than that, I have become a repeating customer!

There were some toppings over the dry ramen. The ramen was good overall. The noodle itself is very chewy, but the source on the bottom is a bit salty. ?
